We worked with this leading media company to develop a second tier purchasing initiative designed to integrate the implementation of the new strategic sourcing initiative. We aligned the second tier with the sourcing process chevrons to insure that the process was seamless. Through staff, buyer and first tier supplier training, we helped Time Warner capitalize on its first tier suppliers to better capture and ultimately increase its supplier diversity spend.
